- Single Cards: Individual raw or graded (slabs) cards.
- Sealed Products: Booster boxes, packs, elite trainer boxes, or any item with factory sealing.
Why is this our policy?
Collectible card values fluctuate daily. To maintain the integrity of our inventory and ensure all customers receive authentic, untampered products, we cannot accept returns once an item has left our facility.

Exceptions & Issues
- Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us at dbear@joingrizzly.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
- Incorrect Item: If you receive a card or product different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong set or variant), please notify us immediately for a resolution.
- Sealed Product Warning: Any sealed product that has been opened, even partially, is strictly ineligible for any form of return or refund, regardless of the contents found inside.
